Solution
SEEN was engaged to innovate measurement and attribution, fill content gaps and drive bookings through their website for people in market to travel. As the business had a number of legacy systems with no connections, our first piece of work was to build a reporting infrastructure that could drive leads but optimise for bookings. We built a Google BigQuery database to match marketing and finance data, which was pushed back into Google Ads where we could match SEM leads through to sales.
Results
We were able to drive a 2.3 ROAS at a $22.48 CPL. This equated to over $130K USD in total booking value.
