Problem
As with many app based businesses, Super Obvious were having difficulties with reporting and attribution. They wanted to scale up, but didn’t have the confidence to invest more in media whilst the data was producing an inaccurate picture.
Solution
We went about implementing an end to end tracking solution across app and web, integrating back end systems with advertising platforms. This then produced a true view of performance, allowing us to invest more in acquiring new financial customers.
Results
Off the back of this foundational work, we were able to achieve a competitive cost per new user of $57, with $49K worth of funds invested from financial customers.
